Cancellation Policy
Dear valued clients, We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. At the same time, we strive to ensure that our schedule is managed efficiently to accommodate all our clients. To that end, we have implemented the following policy regarding appointment cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the available time slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list. If you fail to give us the required notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the missed appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
